This variable indicates the Insured Burst Size, which is the amount of insured data, in bytes, that the network agrees to transfer under normal conditions, during the measurement interval from source to destination. This variable takes effect when pvcStatus is set. This variable may not be modified unless pvcStatus is set to disabled.
