Integer32
This is the maximum number of seconds between
successive status enquiry messages. If a status
enquiry message does not arrive within this time
an error event occurs. This is also refered to
as T392 and nT2.
Must be 5 in second intervals as defined in the ANSI
and ITU specifications.
