C11 Maximum Unknown Frame Time.  Within the period of
time defined by the Maximum Unknown Frame Time, a
LE Client will send no more than Maximum Unknown
Frame Count frames to the BUS for a given unicast
LAN Destination, and it must also initiate the
address resolution protocol to resolve that LAN
Destination.
This time value is expressed in seconds.
