The number of LE_ARP_RESPONSEs received over the LUNI
by this LAN Emulation Client.  This count includes
 all such replies, whether solicited or not.
 Replies may arrive on the Control Direct VCC or on
 the Control Distribute VCC, depending upon how the
 LES is implemented.  This counter covers both VCCs.
