This table contains all the Multicast Forward
VCCs used by the BUS to forward multicast traffic
to the participating LECs.  The Multicast Forward
VCC can either be point-to-point or point-to-
multipoint calls.  This table is read only if
SVCs are used and writable if PVCs are used.
