It can be used as the actual mapping
between BUS and LEC.
          
This table provides information
for Multicast send VCCs
between BUS and clients.  Objects
busLecMcastSendAtmIfIndex, busLecMcastSendVpi,
and busLecMcstSendVci can only be modified
if PVC is used.
