SNMPv2-SMIGauge32
An estimate of the interface's configured bandwidth in bits per second. If the bandwidth of the interface is greater than the maximum value reportable by this object then this object should report its maximum value (4,294,967,295) and ifJnxMediaConfigHighSpeed must be used to report the interface's config speed. An interface which is configured to auto-negotiate, this speed will be zero. An interface which is configured to auto-negotiate with 10m-100m, this speed will be one.
