Current Header/Payload* Compression Mode. This value shows same value as 'provModemHeaderCompressMode' usually. But the value will be different from 'provModemHeaderCompressMode', when the new Header Compression Function is configured to the old Modem Card (which does not have new Header Compression capabilities) (*iPASOLINK VR series only)
