Lifetime of this black list entry in seconds.
In spite of the entry exists, frames are still
flooded till lifetime reaches 3s; then frames
	which match such 'mature' black list entry are
	dropped. When the lifetime reaches its maximum,
	it wraps to zero and the whole cycle is repeated.
