The least significant 32 bits, of unsigned
64 bit fixed point number between 0 and less than 2.
For an OLT port of an IEEE 802.3 EPON link, the value is
the effective index of refraction for the EPON
downstream wavelength light of the optical path (see
13.1.4 and 13.8.1.2.2). The default value is
1.46805 for 1 Gb/s downstream links, and
1.46851 for 10 Gb/s downstream links.
For all other ports, the value is 0.
This object MUST be read or written at the same time as
ieee8021AsPortDSNdownLs, which represents the least
significant 32 bits of the value in order for the read
or write operation to succeed.
The contents of this variable SHALL be maintained
across a restart of the system.
