Enumeration
This attribute allows for a specific counting point of the
RPR MAC or all of the RPR MAC counting points to be cleared
on rprIfStatsControlPeriodClear request.
Default value for Interface to clear is clearAll, i.e.
clear statistics of all interfaces.
