The icfVgGroupCapacity is the number of groups that
can be contained within the repeater. Within each
managed repeater, the groups are uniquely numbered in
the range from 1 to icfVgRepeaterGroupCapacity.
Some groups may not be present in the repeater, in
which case the actual number of groups present will
be less than icfVgRepeaterGroupCapacity. The number
of groups present is never greater than
icfVgRepeaterGroupCapacity.
