This table provides information on a specific
transmission queue of a serial interface.
          
Information includes:
          
  - Link Bandwidth Allocation (LBA):
     Identifies the number of packets transmitted
     from a particular queue before a lower priority
     transmission queue will be serviced.
          
  - Queue Bandwidth Reservation (QBR):
     Identifies the percentage of buffer space on
     a serial adapter that is allotted to a
     particular queue for transmission of packets.
