The loopback mode of the link.  The meaning of
values are:
              
cylinkNoLoopback(1)
    The link is not in loopback mode.
              
cylinkNearEndLoopback(2)
    The link has been placed in loopback mode at
    the near end: data is being looped back within
    the local CSU.
              
cylinkFarEndLoopback(3)
    The link has been placed in loopback mode at the
    far end: data is being looped across the link to
    the remote CSU and back.
