The number of inbound frames received from the                           
LAN by the 3172 that contained errors                                    
preventing them from being deliverable to                                
a higher layer protocol.  This variable, when                            
combined with ibm3172ifInBlkErrors, reflects the                         
total number of inbound frames not forwarded from                        
the LAN to the host because of errors.
