This attribute, when the hwWsecAuthControlledAuthControl is set to true, shall be effective and indicate the methods by which the port is controlled. If the value is '0' which means 'auto', the state of the controlled port shall be based on the result of the authentication; else the value is '1' which means 'force unauthenticated', the state of the controlled port shall be unconditionally set to 'unauthenticated'.
