If the value of this parameter is not zero, the standard SOS triggering criteria are enabled, and the value corresponds with duration of the time window used in the standard SOS triggering criteria in the downstream direction.The special value zero, indicates that the standard SOS triggering criteria are disabled. The valid range of non-zero values is from 64 ms to (255*64) ms in steps of 64ms. Unit: 64ms
