hwTimeStampMode

The time information in the trap and syslog uses the formats of the time stamp.
The time stamp has two formats: local(1) and utc(2).
Options:
1. local(1) -indicates that the time stamp uses the local time of the node.
2. utc(2)   -indicates that the time stamp uses the UTC(Universal Time Coordinated) time.
Default:utc
