0  - auto	
1  - manual	           
          
set format: <mode>,[timeout]
get format: <mode>,[timeout]   
          
When <mode> = 0, the format is only <mode>.
             
[timeout] is option and value is in [0,300],unit is second,
When set, if fan mode is manual and without [timeout],
The default out time is 30 seconds.
