Options:
1. ingress(1)             -indicates that the type of the static LSP is ingress.
2. transit(2)             -indicates that the type of the static LSP is transit.
3. egress(3)              -indicates that the type of the static LSP is egress.
4. ingressBindTunnel(4)   -indicates that the type of the static LSP is ingress-bind-tunnel.
