Batch load options. This object is used to determine whether the slot number
of the active control board or the standby control board is selected.
Options:
1.noloadActiveAndStandby(-1) -indicates that the active and standby control boards
are not loaded at the same time.
2.loadActiveAndStandby(1) -indicates that the active and standby control boards
are loaded at the same time.
