Indicates the number of tags carried by the user-side packet. Options: 1. untag(0) -Indicates that the user packet is untagged. 2. singleTag(1) -Indicates that the user packet is single tag. 3. invalid(4294967295) -Invalid value, an invalid value is returned if the user vlan is not configured.
