Indicates whether gBondLowUpRateCrossing and
gBondLowDownRateCrossing notifications should be generated
for this interface.
Options:
1. disable(1) - Indicates that the notifications are disabled
2. enable(2) - Indicates that the notifications are enabled
This object is read-write for the -O subtype G.Bond ports
and irrelevant for the -R subtypes.
This object must be maintained in a persistent manner.
This object maps to the TR-159 attribute aGroupLowRateCrossingEnable.
This object is deprecated in favour of hwGBondGroupProfLowRateCrossingEnable.
