Queries the sub-index of the MIP port. In the case of a GPON port, when the system works in the GPON old mode, issues the GEM port ID; when the system works in the GPON new mode, issues OntId for the low 16 bits and GemIndex for the high 16 bits. In the case of an ATM/xDSL port, issues VPI for the low 16 bits and VCI for the high 16 bits. In other cases, a value with all Fs is issued.
