The hwEntityExtVoltageHighThresholdNotification indicates the voltage is higher than the threshold. This may decrease the usability of the entity. If the voltage is higher too much than the hardware needed, the entity may be destroyed by the high voltage. Anyway, the threshold should lower than the value that most service work fine.
