Indicates the step of adding ACL rules to an ACL rule group. Range: 1-20 When an ACL rule is added and its ID is not specified, the ID of the ACL rule is: step+last ACL rule ID. If a user does not enter a value for hwAclNumGroupStep, the system uses the value 5 by default.
