Describes the time range index of a basic ACL rule. It is used when the effective time of a basic ACL rule needs to be configured. By default, the value is 0, which indicates invalid time. The index depends on hwTrngIndex in hwTrngCreateTimerangeTable. The value of hwAclBasicTimeRangeIndex must be created in hwTrngCreateTimerangeTable.
