Flow parameter of VDSL CPE's management flow. While hwCpeMgmtFlowType equals to 1(cpevlan),this node will be invalid. While hwCpeMgmtFlowType equals to 2(vlanethertype),this node will mean the encapsulation type of user's side. 1 - pppoe 2 - ipoe While hwCpeMgmtFlowType equals to 3(vlan8021p),this node will mean the 802.1p user's level.The range is from 1 to 7. The invalid value -1 indicates that the CPE management parameter is not configured.
