Load protocol. Options: 1.tftp(1) - TFTP mode 2.ftp(2) - FTP mode 3.sftp(3) - SFTP mode 4.other(4) - Other mode 5.invalid(-1) - indicates that there is no CPE load operation. User can choose TFTP,FTP or SFTP mode to transfer files. The third transfer mode is used to extend.
