Indicates the upstream source channel when CM load balance fails. Each bit indicates a channel. For example, value 00.01.00.04 (hex) sequence by bit: bit31-bit24, bit23-bit16, bit15-bit8, and bit7-bit0. In which, bit 0 indicates channel 1, bit 1 indicates channel 2, bit n indicates channel n + 1, and the rest may be deduced by analogy. All zeros represents invalid value.
