Indicates the CM PNM severity list. Each byte represents a CM PNM severity. CM PNM severity IDs are in on-to-one mapping with those in hwCmtsCmPnmIndexList. For example, to configure the CM PNM severity to 1 for CM index 1 and CM PNM severity to 3 for CM index 5, enter # 0x01 0x03. A maximum of 2048 CM PNM severities can be entered. The CM PNM severity can be 1: red (1), 2: yellow (2), and 3: green (3).
