The state of this session.
Options:
 1. null(1)  	-Indicates before syn phase state.  
 2. synsent(2) -Indicates syn packet sent state. 
 3. synrcvd(3)	-Indicates syn packet received state. 
 4. estab(4)	-Indicates session established state. 
The null (1) state is returned if the proper
encapsulation data is not yet configured, if the row is
not in active status or if the session is in NULL state
as defined in the GSMP specification.
