automatically and cannot be set with other value.
If the value of hpnicfDhcpRelay2IfOpt82RIDMode is 'normal',
the default value of this object is 'hex'.
The SET operation of this object must be with the SET
operation of hpnicfDhcpRelay2IfOpt82RIDMode.
