This objects clears all existing vrrp
configuration and again intializes it with default
values when this is set with value 'true'.  It also
clears (disables) the global VRRP enable flag.
SnmpGet on this will always return false.
This MIB object is deprecated and the alternate MIB object
is hpicfVrrpv3RemoveConfig.
