This object is a count of the total number of octets
contained in normal priority frames that have been
received on all ports of this repeater. This counter
is a summation of the values of the
icfVgPortNormPriorityOctets counter for all of the
ports in this repeater.
This counter is a 64 bit version of
hpVgMonGlbNormPriorityOctets. It should be used by
Network Management protocols which support 64 bit
counters (e.g. SNMPv2).
