The mode of OSPFv3 event logging. If the
OSPFv3 log type is set to 
neighborAdjacencyChanges, then meaning of
this field is as follows:
If enabled, it logs only the adjacency 
state transitions to final states.
If enabledWithDetail option, it logs all 
the state transitions and other events and
error conditions related to adjacency. 
If disabled, none of the adjacency related
events are logged.
