The passive state configuration of the OSPF interface.
In the passive mode no OSPF protocol messages are 
exchanged on this interface.
              
true  (1)   -  The interface is configured to work 
               in Passive mode
false (2)   -  The interface is configured to work 
               in normal mode.
     This is the default configuration.
              
Changing the value will cause OSPF to reset on this 
interface and make necessary adjustments to
the link state database.
              
 All other operations are not defined and will not 
 affect the state of the protocol.
