Enumeration
When the value of this object is 'enabled(1)', it means that the exec banner is configured. If authentication is enabled on the switch, exec banner is displayed after authentication in user interface sessions(console,telnet, SSH and webUI). When there is no authentication in the switch,exec banner is displayed before the switch prompt. When the value of this object is 'disabled (2)', it means that banner has not been configured. If the value of this object is 'enabled (1)', banner cannot be an emptry string.
