The hpRptrGrpPortsLinkbeatEnabled is a bit map of
the state of the hpRptrPtLinkbeatEnable object for
all of the ports in this group. The object has a
one bit for each port for which the value of

a zero bit for each port for which the value of
hpRptrPtLinkbeatEnable is equal to 'false(2)'.
