scalar optional r/w Enumeration 
The default coded character set for input octets
encountered outside a context in which the Page
Description Language established the interpretation
of the octets. (Input octets are presented to the
interpreter through a path defined in the channel group.)
This value shall be (2) if there is no default.
        Additional information:
        The object corresponding to PCL has read-write access;
        For all other interpreters, the object is read-only.
