Host or subnet address in CIDR notation (a.b.c.d/n)
for which this traffic descriptor (and the
associated VPN connection) is responsible. This
address is compared to the source address of
IP packets sent, when determining the associated
IPsec and IKE-SA. The special keyword 'any' means
that the address comparision always matches.
