to be used, if authentication type in
'hmSec2VpnConnIkeAuthType' is 'x509rsa'. This
certificate is used for RSA based authentication
of local peer at the remote side.  The
certificate binds the identity of local peer to
it's public key, signed by the certification
authority (CA) from 'hmSec2VpnConnIkeAuthCertCA'.
