Object
The value of the boundaryPropagate parameter which
controls the propagation of Talker declarations.
The value true(1) indicates that Talker attributes
are propagated to the ports marked as boundary port.
When false(2) Talker attributes are not propagated
to the ports marked as boundary port.
The value of this object MUST be retained across
reinitializations of the management system.
