This is a standard row status value:
- active(1): The interface is active. 
- notInService(2): The interface is inactive because routing was disabled.
- notReady(3): The interface is inactive because of agent action.
- createAndGo(4): Create the interface with default parameters
  activated.
- createAndWait(5): Create the interface inactive.
- destroy(6): Delete the interface.
