The payload fill string for each probe packet in the TWAMP-light test. If the hh3cTwamplightClientDataFillType is string, the string length is 1 to 200. When hh3cTwamplightClientDataFillType is hex, the datafill should contain any even number of characters in the range of 2 to 200.
