Represents operational status of AP.
The following values are supported:
join         - AP is joining to AC.
joinConfirm  - AC confirm whether permit AP to join.
download     - AP is downloading software from AC.
config       - AP and AC exchange configuration before AP
- provide WLAN service.
run          - The WLAN service is ready.
