Enable or disable FC ID persistency on this VSAN.
              
If this object is set to 'true', then all the FC ID
assigned on this VSAN are made persistent on this VSAN, and
all login entries automatically created in the
h3cVsanFcIdPersistencyTable with h3cVsanFcIdPersistencyWwn
equal to either WWN of the logged-in Nx_Port for which the
FC ID was assigned and h3cVsanFcIdPersistencyType equal
to 'dynamic'.
              
If this object is set to 'false', then all the entries on
this VSAN in dmFcIdPersistencyTable are deleted.
