To create a new row, h3cMplsOamIgrLspName, h3cMplsOamIgrDetectType, h3cMplsOamIgrDetectFreq, h3cMplsOamIgrRevType, h3cMplsOamIgrRevLspName, and h3cMplsOamIgrLspId must be specified.
