'none' - No distribution invoked via the corresponding
instance of distribution.
'success' - Distribution completed successfully.
'inProgress' - Distribution is still in progress.
'rejectFailure' - Distribution failed due to an SW_RJT.
'otherFault' - Distribution/commit failed for some other reason.
