All GPRS session management statistics except
ggsnAttemptedSecondaryActivation, ggsnCompletedSecondaryActivation,
ggsnAttemptedSecondaryActivationIpv6, and
ggsnCompletedSecondaryActivationIpv6 will accumulate all
pdp contexts, that is both secondary and primary.
Note: This counter cannot be retrieved by CLI.
